A lot of reviewers mark that employees are competent here. Nice service is something that people don't like at Taco Bell. Here you will pay affordable prices. The peaceful atmosphere offers a comfortable feel to a guests' stay at this place. But this spot hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Horrible service. Two people talking on headset in drive-thru. Confusing. Got our order wrong and blamed us. Employees were very rude including manager. Food was cold and my five layer burrito had lettuce on it. Never had one with lettuce and I eat them all the time. Made my husband get a dime because there was a dime difference on the mess up. Came through the drive through and asked them to do a half n half drink with raspberry tea and mist drink. The employees response at drive through was no “ you can do one or the other “. Beefy five and soft tacos. Nothing in them not worth the money we paid. We got the taco/burrito box. I think that's what it's called. It had 4 beefy fives and 4 soft tacos. Sad to say, poor amount of food. I love beefy fives, and that wasn't a beefy five they made. Maybe it could be called a bean and cheese, considering how small my burrito was. Came through the drive thru at this location and was not treated well felt as if I was bothering the workers just by ordering food. Not too mention I was asked to park then they came out with no food because they didnt ring my card up right when I was at the window the guy who walked it out was unpleasant too. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION not worth it

So basically I won't go here anymore. I'd rather just drive to Warrenton and get taco bell or Astoria for KFC. Here's why, 1) this location does not honor the taco bell app, 2) the staff absolutely refuses to give you more than 2 sauce packets per item (not even 1 extra per item, not asking for hand full), and 3) about a week ago I sent my husband in to get 2 pot pies, they said they are out and turned him away, just for the hell of it we ordered them on the KFC app.... Guess what! They had to be cooked but they had them! Guess the guy behind the counter that night was just too lazy to walk into the back, grab some pot pies, and throw them in the oven.... Almost every time I order I get a cold not fully cheese-melted burrito. Disappointing. I only order here when I'm broke, still not worth the money no matter how cheap. 4/10 times they get my order right, and 0/10 times I get a burrito that's up to temperature. Food wasn't especially outstanding but the service was topnotch across the board. The staff - the cashier, the drive-thru attendant, the back-of-the-house - was awesome. Patient with the indecisive tweens I was ordering with, communicative with customers waiting on orders (along with updates on order status), even witnessed two employees assisting folks with directions to a bank, as well as using the app. Tables could have used a wipe down but the restrooms were clean and the soda fountain was stocked and tidy.
