I ordered a chicken power bowl, removed about 4 items and added beans. As someone who spent 2 years of their life at Taco Bell, this is recognizably an easy order. It took about 8 minutes for anyone to take my payment at the register and get my order sent back (don’t be fooled, they had more than enough staff, and instead of calling whoever was in charge of front counter, they chose to stare at me like a gaggle of deer standing directly in the path of a Ford 450.) When I received my food, I was missing the singular item I added and paid extra for. No beans. Again, working at a Taco Bell before, I tried to be nice going back in and let them know I was supposed to have beans. The strange boy with glasses confirmed my order had beans, said “yeah” and stared at me blankly. Did nothing else except look at me through heavily squinted eyes. Confused and frankly bewildered, I asked if I could have it remade, or even just get a side of beans. How nice of them it was to remake my food and include the beans this time, but LEAVE OUT THE CHICKEN. By the time my order even reached the kitchen, the drive thru had no orders, and the front counter orders are made at a completely different station. What is wrong with you guys? How on earth do you mess up an order twice, when you have to add LESS ingredients to a dish than typical, and you have ZERO other orders to handle? Ridiculous. I wish I could say what the food tastes like but after 3 times ordering through their app and waiting an hour to pick it up they have cancelled on me because "we don't want to make 5 tacos for you, and there's nothing you can do about it." Please give them a raise or fire some of the staff, they obviously don't care about doing their jobs. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If I could give a 0 star rating I would being that both times myself and my partner have come here late at night we have approached the driver thru and been told that the "system was down" and that the kitchen was out of basic items like chicken or beef. We were instructed to place a mobile order and both my partner and I tried to do this from both of our phones when one didn't work and still our payment wouldn't go through. So we never got our food and the trip from home was a total waste of our time for a second time. Very disappointed with the service here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hadn't been to Taco Bell in quite a while and wasn't quite ready for the old kiosk thing. But it didn't take long to figure it out so it wasn't bad. Just went to the drive through today around 2:58pm and the lady that took my order was completely rude. Not helpful what so ever, and was rushing me to order then proceeded to get a attitude with me over the name of a item the menu said. So I just left and took my business to the newly remodeled Taco Bell in Southgate and they were great and fast and I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes or more in a drive through. And maybe have employees learn the proper way of speaking if they will be handling customers. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just came through at about 1:30 in the morning. First of all, it was a 20 minute wait for my food, second of all, I ordered a #2 supreme and I didn’t get sour cream on my tacos, third of all, I also asked for mild sauce on the side which I never got. Last thing as well, if you’re out of something, you should let the customers know at the window. If it’s that hard to do your job, then quit. And they also upcharged me for a large drink even though they gave me a medium. I truly never want to return and you have lost me as a customer. Thanks a lot for ruining my food and making me spend extra for stuff I never got! Would give you no stars but the morning staff is always wonderful.

Thank you the warm pop with no ice and the two sauce packets for my $15 order finally got me to stop eating fast food in the future. The constant terrible service and food from this location sets it apart. Who needs a working ice machine in the restaurant business Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here tonight on 4/2/2022 & spent $23.83. Didn't receive my 4 dollar taco, my Pepsi didn't taste anything like Pepsi & I'll let the pictures explain this rating. Didn't even bother calling. We just won't ever be back to this location. Laziness at its finest.
