I'm Homeless, and every now and then I'll stumble on some money and I bring to these wonderful people. Sometimes the workers don't take my humor too well, (probably cause I'm not as funny as I think I am. I appreciate they're hard work. And I challenge you to find a staff more beautiful than these breathtaking women. Kind and attractive is a rare combo. Love this place. HI ladies. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I asked for a breakfast crunchwrap with EXTRA EGG. I got charged for it and everything, nearly an extra $1… for little to no egg on my crunchwrap. I am stuck at work and can’t even come back to get it fixed. This is inedible. It’s all tortilla and hash brown. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Almost every time we eat at this location, drive thru or in person there is an issue with our order. If we are in person and point it out they promptly fix it so that is good. I get we have a custom order but they just need to read the options the online ordering gives them. Otherwise all is good eating there. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that their fryer was not working so I wouldn't be able to receive any potato products I ordered. I requested the order was cancelled and refunded, but was told that I would have to cancel the order through the app. I have waited two weeks for a follow up with no response or reimbursement for this issue. There isn't even a number to call so you just have to wait and hope they get to it. I am still out $20 and don't expect to get it back. I will not be eating here anymore due to the lack of communication and the theft of my funds. I hope your experience is better. Each time I've gone through the drive through my order was correct my food was hot and the cashier was friendly. This was delightful and surprising knowing all the other times I've been to Taco 🌮 bell somewhere else something was missing or the food was prepared wrong. No employees at the front. So we were already thinking of ordering in the kiosk. As we are looking at the menu trying to decide what we want an employee comes to the front. He tells us we have to order from the kiosk. I said yes that's okay we are just looking right now. So he proceeds to tell me he can't/won't be taking my order. We decided to leave instead of eating here. This is crazy if you can't let us look at the menu. But also not wanting to have customer service. We will not be returning. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially bad ones but I can’t not today. I go to Taco Bell and order a party pack with no lettuce because my family doesn’t like lettuce and this is what my tacos look like. This is absolutely ridiculous that I paid $15.99 for a 12 taco party pack and this is what my tacos look like. Do better Taco Bell.

I didn’t receive half my order when it was delivered I tried contacting the taco be and the manager told me she did that order her self and she made sure all the food was in there I’m missing half my order. She the proceeds to tell me to name of everything very Rude and said that I had received everything when I didn’t. She then said the only way she would fix it if I came up there and showed her the receipt I am very pregnant and can’t drive the whole point in having it delivered she then proceeded to not let me talk to explain I didn’t get my order l. She shouldn’t be a manager if that is how you treat your customers. I will contact corporate this is not how you treat your customers. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE 💖 THIS PLACE!! THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT AND IT IS CHEAP. THE SERVICE MOST OF THE TIME IS QUICK.
