I come to this establishment 4 times a week for lunch as it is 2 minutes from my place of employment. Normally I have a wonderful experience here. UNFORTUNATELY, after today's experience, I will NEVER reulturn to this location with my business. The current manager on duty on 3/11/24 @ 11:05am is the sole reason for this. - my order was refused "due to the size of the order" and I was forced to reverse my vehicle out of the drive thru lane. - then I get "I wish this m***** would" Again, unfortunately, I am not the one to be threatened, so I confronted the manager in the store to explain her actions and then she proceeded to refuse to give her name or employee # when informed a complaint would be filed. - If ownership of this establishment would like to review and confirm the termination of this employee, I will return my business to this location. - That statement is made with sincerity as I am a manager myself and would in no way excuse this behavior from a management staff member. i placed an order an hour before pick up and i ordered one with refried beans, it had beef in it and i found plastic as well. i would like to be refunded for my order as soon as possible.

Again horrible service. I said before I wouldn't come here again. 10 minutes after placing order woman asks if we placed our order. received our food 22 minutes after placing order.
