Let’s start this out by saying I found a bug in my food. It made me sick. There was also a long wait and horrible customer service. The manager told us on the phone she would speak to us when we came back for a refund. She did not come and speak to us. The person at the window was rude, and didn’t even say hello. First off there a large curly pubic hair in my food. We waited in line for 1 hour for ice cold food and a bag that was sunk in from all the grease. Get better service Taco Bell. Restaurant was cleanly. Service was very slow. Orders were accurate, but sloppily thrown together. I'll give it to these young adults / teens working, though. They were focused and level-headed on the job with their hands full with drive thru and take out orders. Service Dine in

It is pretty sad that I can go across town to another taco bell and it is like getting food and service from a completely different food chain. First round through this drive thru they forgot the nacho fries orders. Then arrived home to eat our food and our tacos were basically taco salads (completely broken apart) and the chalupas were rock solid like they were sitting out all day long getting air dried on a ceiling fan. $25+ of inedible food is quite rediculous. I love taco bell in general so this rating may be biased. But I go here pretty much once a week. The food is always hot and yummy. So many combinations it never gets old. Old think is when I order through the mobile app, they almost always forget something from my order. Update! Since my last review in January 2023, I've had overall very good experiences here. 9/10 times, the food is fresh and hot. If there is an issue, they've always fixed my food. They will give me a little bit of grief if I ask to get something replaced though. They were forgetting to give me a physical receipt for awhile, and even if you asked for it, they couldn't bring it up because it was a mobile order. But that hasn't happened for awhile now and I get my receipt every time. There is the off chance that you may wait a long time for your food, like 20-30 minutes we're talking about. But that has only happened a handful of times. But you're most likely to have fresh, hot, delicious food, and fast!
