I came in with a small order. The server was friendly. While waiting I looked around the lobby and noticed it was very clean, cleaner then I've seen a Taco Bell or other fast food in awhile. I really loved the fact that they had Christmas decorations up making it cheerier. Also, the real test. I got fresh warm nacho fries! I hate old stale nacho fries. Also, I used the restroom while there and it was clean as well! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

When I got to the window I asked for hot sauce and the guy at the window told me I'm supposed to tell them when I place my order at the order board. My bad. They forgot to do their job by asking and they also forgot it's not my job to "know" their expectations of their customer. Just a weird comment. Went in here to get some food, tried to order with someone and they said it was going to be a couple of mins or that I could use the kiosk, I waited the minutes cause I only had cash so I can’t use the kiosk. They never helped me and continued to have me wait for over 15 mins. I left after that cause who does that. The manager just didn’t want to help. That’s messed up specially since he is the manager you’d think he would have good service, if that’s how his customer service is I could only imagine the rest of the employees. I went in Saturday February 10th

I’ve been to so many Taco Bells and this one was one of the two I have been to in Eugene. I had a great experience at the previous one and once again, I have a great experience. The service is so good here. Fast and reliable. Please go to this Taco Bell if you are eating fast food anywhere in this area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The burrito supreme and the taco supreme were both tiny and not very tasty. The Soda was three-quarters ice. Very disappointed.
