This restaurant has a great staff in the drive through. Everyone is so polite and service oriented. It’s always a delight to go here. I usually order on line and even when there is a line I get my food quick. Great work, y’all! Absolute terrible place to eat. Never get anything right at all. Following up on this review. How are you going to charge someone 9$ for a chicken quesadilla, when you don't even make the product correctly.

For dine in, you can't get a human to wait on you. Orders must be placed via a kiosk . It takes longer to place the order than it does to eat it. Dine in orders used to be served on a tray, now they just toss everything in a bag and leave it on the counter and call out your name. And lastly, train the staff on how to properly roll a burrito! On my last visit (and I mean VERY last) I took one bite, and all the filling slid out the other end, what a mess! We eat at this particular Taco Bell instead of the one closer to our side of town. The workers are always very nice and make you feel like they actually like being there. They always get our order correct. They always have smiles on their faces! The dinning area is always neat and clean. This past week when we came in we did have to place our order on the kiosk machine, I personally would rather speak to an actual person when I am ordering but this was one time so I know they were probably short staffed. Anyways a great place to eat!!

My order was incorrect, there was no outside lights on so the menu couldn't be read and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I called about my order.
