This Taco Bell gets 5/5 for their friendly service! I have been here a few times, but my last visit was very positive. I was DoorDashing last weekend, and I had my hands full. I went to this location tonight and ordered a chicken enchilada combo meal with no lettuce or tomato. The person who took my order at the drive thru made me triple check that my order was correct on the screen. I replied that it was because each item that came with lettuce/tomatoes said "-lettuce" and/or "-tomato." I get home to Bentonville and sit down to eat and there is lettuce and tomato on everything! I'm allergic and that's why I ordered it without... Now, they won't answer the phone! They basically just stole $10 from me and I'm fing 😡! I'll be finding out who the general and area managers are and letting them know what happened! I'll decide from there if I'll get ahold of Taco Bell Corporate and the franchise owner. This was blatant, disrespectful and potentially lethal! This was ridiculous and I don't recommend that anyone eat here! I ordered through the mobile app on 9.14 with drive through pickup. When I arrived and gave my name I was told it had come through as an inside pickup. I showed the person at the window it was ordered for drive through pickup and she again informed me I would have to go inside because they are short staffed. When I pulled around and went inside I had to wait another 5 minutes for the food to be made and brought to the front. They are way understaffed. 2 people working the whole store during a mon- Friday lunch shift. (daily issue) food is half prepared and sloppy because they are in a hurry and today we waited in the drive through for 35 minutes because the way the drive through is designed there is no other option, once you get stuck in line your stuck. Spicey potato soft tacos were bad potatoes were extremely hard and crunchy inedible, spicy sauce lettuce cheese and tortilla were all okay but wanted the potatoes. Beefy burritos were good, bean and rice burrito was good, cheesey rollup needed to be heated to melt cheese. Was extremely disappointed with this order. Food is just thrown in the bag. Crunchy tacos on wrapper but not wrapped up. Only one other person in driveup and I waited at mobile order speaker 5 mins before they even said a word. My husband, son, and I went here. We were taken care of by a very helpful( like literally went the extra mile for us) man named Terrance( I hope I spelled your name right). The place was super clean, and it was even a great temperature. I don't normally eat at taco bell, however I am glad I did today.
