I tried to order with the cashier, and he started to input it into his kiosk at the counter, but then pointed at the self-serve kiosk behind me. He explained I could order my food that way, and he wasn't allowed to place my order. I asked him if I would still be able to pay with cash, and he said yes, that he could take the money and give me change, but he couldn't place the order. It was a very disappointing experience. After we got our food, I asked if the establishment had any other utensils besides a fork. I after all ordered pintos and cheese, and needed a spork. Unfortunately, after asking two employees, someone who understood what I was asking for told me they did not. The tacos are soggy. They don’t have any meat in them. I would definitely go to a different one. I hate that I have to drive 12 mins to the other one because The quality of the food is so bad here.

Weve gone here so many times and we’ve always gotten the chalupa combo but recently we decided to dine in instead of just going through drive thru and we asked the lady if we could change the burrito in the $5 cravings box for a taco and she said no but then she went at the back and gave us 2 chalupas and 3 tacos for just 7 bucks !! She was no nice she was this short girl with really pretty eyelashes and her name was Katia or something like that. Y’all need to give her a raise she was so nice!! Don't be fooled by "triple layer nacho," I get it's just a dollar, but at least put a little meat instead of just the broth. Then it could be triple layer 😒 get the beefy fritos burritos instead with the change in your car. Or better yet, go to Wendy's 4 for $4 or the Biggie Bag !
