I don't know if they were just having a bad night, or if this restaurant has just gone downhill drastically. The service tonight was not good. It took at least 10 minutes to get our orders. I only ordered a nachos bell grande and a drink. The fountain machine in the dining room was out of ice. The condiment station was a mess, with actual trash stuffed into some of the sauce packet containers. The counter by the fountain machine was so wet and dirty that I didn't want to set my bag on it while got my drink. There were very few people in the dining room but every available table was dirty. The trash cans were full and needed to be taken out as well. It looked like no one had tended to the dining room in a very long time. They didn't appear to be particularly busy, as several of the employees could be seen standing around and talking in the kitchen. I used to frequent this location, and have had good experiences, particularly during lunchtime. In fact, this Taco Bell is out of the way for me, but I drove here anyway because the service at the Taco Bells closer to my home usually leaves quite a bit to be desired. The employees here really need to watch what they're saying when they have customers in line. I placed an online order. It wasn't even ready when I got here. As they were making my order they were talking trash about my order and making fun of it. We stayed to eat it here and then one of the people talking trash noticed it was for my kid. The tables are all dirty. It's not even busy and people are waiting 15 20 mins for their food.
