Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. Just had dinner here, and it was terrible. Very disappointing.. me and my boyfriend spent the afternoon researching a place to have dinner, and after all the reviews we read, this was the one to go. First when I called, the person that answered wasn’t pleasant at all, but that ok, we don’t always have to be bright and shiny. We thought that we were going to have this amazing lamb for dinner, which is all that you read about. When we got to the restaurant, It took forever for someone to come to the table. When it finally happen, they were out of lamb. OMG.. So we end up ordering the roasted veal and a soup. The soup was awfully salty and the veal was super dry and chewy.. honestly the only thing good here for us, was the water and the coffee. Even the wine had cork... starters weren’t that good either but we ate them anyway. The worst thing about this is that if you looked at the table next to us, they were having a fantastic meal. Clearly they were having the lamb and they were known to the restaurant. When I called to make the reservation, the person that answered did ask if I wanted to choose dinner, but I though well, it’s a place I’ve never been, so I want to go and feel the place, see the menu. If this person had told me that they run out of items in the menu, or that is better to choose in advance, I would have done and I would probably be writing an amazing review. But that didn’t happen.

The food was average, not too bad. I enjoyed the vibe it had. However, there is a problem this place: The power kept going off regularly, in a space of 2 hours, the power went off 3 times. I would recommend this place to be looked by an electrician or get a generator.
Great food, real portuguese style cooking, nice place and reasonable prices. The service is excellent too. One of the best restaurants out there in my opinion. All around 5 starts.
