The ambiance is absolutely lovely, and the surroundings are beautiful! Situated within the World of Wine’s Cultural District, T&C is a great option for families, friends and even business lunches or dinners. The food is pretty good, everything has a nice presentation and the service is exquisite, even if though it could be faster… The wine list is quite varied, but a little overpriced. It was my first time eating a Francesinha sandwich, so I have nothing to compare it to, but this one was delicious. The sausage was crispy, and the steak was not over cooked. The cheese and port wine sauce were amazing. My one complaint are the fries, which were too skinny. This sauce calls for steak fries. You will pay more here, but you get a beautiful atmosphere and attentive service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €15–20

The soup had no real taste, the cod fish was frozen before, it was dry and chewy buried in too much oil. To be honest it was not eatable. The service very friendly but lazy. Restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. The food tastes great, and the service is very friendly. It would not be a WOW experience if there was not a very knowledgeable sommelier. We had Leonardo, who took us on a journey by telling us interesting facts about various wines and advising us through the courses which wine suits with each dish. Fantastic restaurant in the WOW district. We had wanted to go to Taylor's but we didn't have a reservation, so rather than waiting the hostess recommended we walk down the street to T&C. We are so happy we did. My friends each had the traditional Portuguese sandwich, the Franceshina. One standard with meat and the other vegan with tofu and eggplant. Both were equally delicious. I had 2 starters. The cod cakes and the tempura battered green beans. Both were beyond! We sat on the patio. The ambience was perfect for a midday meal. The somallier Gustavo was our favorite part. First he recommended a wonderful Portuguese white wine to go with our meal. Then we watched him decant a bottle of red wine for another table beautifully and then explained the art of decanting to us. The most fabulous was when we told him we wanted to have some port after the meal and he turned it into a port tasting and ordered us fantastic desserts to go with the 4 different ports he introduced us to. An amazing custard that can't even be explained and a cheese, apricot jam and walnut plate. He then took his time to really give us a lesson on port in general and the 4 specific ones he was having us taste. We were so happy to have happened upon this place.

Wow just wow. This place is stunning. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. Both dishes were #droolworthy. We savored every bite. Perfectly seasoned and we didn't even have to ask for it to have less salt. Even the mousse dessert was delish and the prefect way to end our meal. We will be returning this summer with my travel group of friends and family. They will love this gem! It's a little bit off the main touristy areas but well worth the short walk! Great place, impressive atmosphere. Food is very good also. Service is good. Overall a bit on the pricier side, but I guess that's the price of the atmosphere. Can for sure recommend if you're looking to get that dinning in the wine caves experience. Beautifully decorated restaurant in the WOW space. Appetizers around 6-8 euros the option (highly recommend the fava beans) and mains around 16€-22€. The francesinha is different from the traditional but very good (tip: you an ask for extra sauce if you ran out of it). The best food I have had in Porto, where I had my first franceshina. Amazing service, port and wine selection and graceful decor.
