Best Quiche & Kalamata Olive bread every Thursday! Four small 2-person tables, great coffee. 4 varieties of Quiche, and many other pastries. They have a sandwich available after 11am. Really relaxing decor and music.

I sincerely mean it when I say Sunflower is my favorite business in all of Helena. Incredibly kind owners and staff, in my opinion the best bread from any of the many wonderful Helena bakeries. Our family happily makes a regular stop from the other side of town for their goods. Unbelievable quality and consistency! The best thing that happened to Helena in a long time! I grew up eating great bread where I grew up, in Greece. I was there for five weeks recently and could not enjoy their bread anymore. I kept missing the Sunflower bakery bread!
