Used to be good, don't know what happened. Went few times a week.Never have chocolate chip cookies anymore. Now I go to the one by wades, atleast they always have everything

I was overcharged for my order. I will be contacting corporate and the three young girls’ attitudes were through the roof. They definitely did not want to be there. I suggest finding a better suiting job for yourselves like maybe a club. That’s where those attitudes belong. Ew. Claimed to have missing ingredients. One girl was sitting on her phone. Looked up said nothing and looked back down at her phone. The other on a bonnet or some sort of hair cover you would wear to bed. They were rolling their eyes like the children they looked like. All around horrible attitudes. I wouldn’t waste my money. This was the 3rd and final time I attempted to order from this subway. I have never been to a worse subway bit seeing as this is the one next to us we kept trying just for convenience. 1st time it was an hour after opening and I placed an order I had to have them cancel because absolutely NO BREAD. 2nd time I placed an order they mixed up the sandwich toppings and I asked to have them remade and she wanted the wrong sandwiches back? I obviously refused seeing as it was her mistake and after arguing with the extremely rude worker she finally remade them. 3rd time I just placed an order and hour and a half from closing time and again NO BREAD I asked if I could just get one on flatbread and one as a salad again I was told no. They not only don’t have good time management for products being ready they also have terrible customer service. SMH your workers should find another job if they can’t provide decent customer service when they are at fault. I put in a online order for 2:05 on 5/5/22 and I asked for them to toast my sandwich a little extra bc I don’t like the texture of the bread uncooked and they did toast my bread at all the my sandwich started to spit two bites in I am very disappointed be my sandwich was ready on time

There were three young girls in particular on the schedule 8/2/23 afternoon that were basically rolling their eyes. One was just staring at me with an ugly mug on her face. Very unprofessional. They alone could cause a business to run to the ground with those attitudes. It’s not cute. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My worst experience at any subway. The young lady helping make my sandwiches had a baggy sweat shirt on. After her sleeve went through the mustard of the first sandwich, I made a comment. Then, her sleeve was resting into sandwich #2 as she was spreading toppings. I told her that her sleeve was still getting in the sandwiches. She just looked at me and mouthed quietly, I am sorry. Never offered to remake anything,just stared at me. She never took her gloves off and rolled her sleeves up. I was the only customer being waited on. As she was trying to wrap sandwich #4 her sleeve again was resting on the sandwich. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and this will be my last visit to this Subway.

Girls were rude, I asked if there is better lettuce some of it was yellow and lite brown and was almost gone so I got the bottom of the container.
