Guests don't like sandwiches at this restaurant. Most visitors state that the staff is nice. Many people say that the service is professional. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give Subway a high rating.

They stole money from us. The owners wife took a good 15 minutes to make two sandwiches and was talking our ears off the entire time. She very clearly did not know how to work the cash register and made us pay twice. Our total was 30.56 and we used our 25 dollar gift card we had recently received. After swiping the total displayed on the screen was 5.56 which is suspiciously 25 dollars less exactly. We then tried to explain that we saw the number change on the screen and the gift card went through, but she accused us of trying to steal. I will NEVER go back to this location. We called the owner and he only further accused us and said it’s our fault. The bread looks not fresh, the lettuce is old, the chips are expired. Came here to eat, but got kicked out at 6pm half way through our meal because mustache dude had to "do something." We won't be back. Management, don't bother with a response, this review isn't for you since you clearly hate customers and employees who are interested in getting paid more than the bare minimum. This review is for people thinking of going here to eat. Also, chips are expired, fyi. Check the days if you do end up going here. Its always the owners and no help they are also way too rushed. The wife believe she can take an order all at once and cannot the husband as you read the reviews the dark-haired mustache man is rude and disrespectful should thank me for coming to your location not that I have inconvenienced you.They should hire help or sell they can't operate a business like this. They can't handle it.. Unfortunately I'm not able to update my review with anything more positive. This subway was a nice place 10 years ago, however, it seems like the owners’ control issues have driven every one of their abused employees away. The man is always cranky and the woman doesn’t change gloves after touching handles and other food. They have printed signs up everywhere saying “NO COUPONS!!!” Or “NO PHOTO OR VIDEO!!” (I think because of the amount of bad reviews on here.) Are these people okay??? Their responses on this website are pretty unhinged too. It’s too bad, I actually like subway’s food. The location on Dell road is much better even though they own it as well because of the lovely employee who works there every day.

Owner and wife were extremely rude to all customers that were just trying to order, we didn’t mind waiting. They acted like we were the issue when all we did was order. I felt uncomfortable being in the store almost wanted to cancel my order but he would have been more mad after he already starting making it. Will not visit this location again. Owner is rude. Made a mistake on our 4 sandwiches. I called to get it sorted out and he yelled at me to "just move them" and said that he did the best he could. I understand some people may try to hustle you for free food, but i just wanted what i paid for, and now i cant even go back here. I hope they learn one day you cant treat people like this. I like Minnetonka, they have great food and great customer service. The food is delicious at Subway, don't get me wrong; but I'm not one for having my sandwich toasted and unless you specify that you don't want it toasted, it gets toasted. The guy didn't heat up my chicken and bacon separately like most people do, he just put it on my bread, put the cheese on top and took it upon myself to heat/toast my sandwich. Unlike a soft, unheated sandwich, that doesn't get all over the place, when warmed up, it breaks up every time you bite. So, next time I come here, I'll be telling him NOT to toast my sub, because I don't like the mess and I'm not one for it anyway. It gives it a totally different taste.

Not great. Tried to use a coupon for an Ultimate BMT meal- 8.99. On the dash it says coupons are only valid for cold cuts which is what I ordered. Refused to accept coupon. Online it says they open at 9 but the last few times i’ve gone at 9:30 they have been closed. Maybe if u open up later put that online. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
