Subway near hwy 41 and the freeway is ok. They are short staffed like everyone else in the world right now. The guy behind the counter did his best. Sandwiches are always tasty and fresh. Long wait tonight because one guy had to make 8 sandwiches in front of me.

don’t waste your time with this subway. I’ve eaten here a few times and there’s always something being done wrong . everyone who works there is really nice and sweet and they try there best. but there is something seriously wrong with the manager and how he’s running this store , he’s not training properly I don’t think. I ordered subway on door dash (yes this store is where my doordash order came from) and when I got my sandwich is literally wasn’t even a sandwich. It came all fallen apart and toppings were just shoved in there, and I know it wasn’t the doordashers fault because I’ve actually seen the manager from this store make my sandwiches is store and it was just like that. The manager I’m talking about it a male and he is never friendly. Just in case they have a couple different mangers. I know working in fast food service sucks , I’ve worked in food service,but seriously.

They sure do need to be trained better... In customer service! Starting with the manager... I requested that the meat, onions, and peppers for my sandwich be heated separately, then toasted on the sandwich with the cheese. The woman (she later said she was the manager) was VERY rude & uncooperative with my request, even asking "what's the difference". She then heated the meat/onions/peppers tray in the oven with the bread & cheese, thus not fulfilling my request. I tried to explain that if you heat them first and then toast them, they get nice and toasty and delicious. Then the other woman rang up our order without removing her gloves, and then went back to making sandwiches without changing them. When I said something about it, the "manager" started yelling at me that she hadn't touched the money. (She touched the screen, which is touched by many hands that have touched the money, so, same thing as touching the money). Gross. We will never go to this one again. It was pretty awful.

Very nice and clean, excellent service....BUT when we went in a new employee was being trained and the manager would not stop harping on the poor guy. He was doing great and another customer told him as much. The manager then says "Hey I tell him that all the time!" She acted all offended that a customer would say that. Then the whole time we were ordering she was in the back blathering about a new marker. Overall it was okay but unprofessional.

Staff was extremely rude. The manager was by far the rudest. I am a caretaker of a woman who has had several major strokes can barely walk but always brings her business to that establishment, I was appalled by the way they treated her and I in the end. I didn't even give them my business that evening because of it. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

If I could rate 0 stars I would. EVERY SINGLE SANDWICH was wrong. No sandwiches had veggies or cheese and all were on the wrong kind of bread. We had a fairly large order (4 kids meals), 3 foot longs and 1 wrap but I don’t think that justifies the abysmal food we just paid almost $80 for.

I had three hungry men repairing my fence today. It was so nice to be able to tailor their lunch order to exactly what each wanted and to know their choices were healthy and satisfying. It was even better to get a great deal -- buy two subs, get one free!

I just left this Subway after standing in line for 20 minutes for the person behind the counter to make two sandwiches. The people ahead of me were not being difficult were not having a lot of substitutes did not have their sandwich toasted or anything it was a straight up two foot-long sandwiches with veggies on them. I stood in line for 20 minutes first off did not even get greeted when I walked in the door. Second he does not take 20 minutes to make two sandwiches. I am extremely upset and will never come back to the subway again I had to leave to get to work on time and still never got lunch.

the staff needs to be trained better. i work for subway and i asked for a subway melt and they tried to charge me for bacon when it come on the sub it self. it was even on the menu. get it together people. will never go back.

I showed up at 8:45pm tonight and the doors are already locked. They’re not supposed to close until 9. I know I’m cutting it close and I hate to do that. I worked in the food service business before. But I just got off work and my kid wanted Subway. Kinda irritating.
