The only employee there was cutting ALL meat on the SAME prep board, contaminating everything. That could make someone super sick. I initially waited 5 minutes for that one employee just to come to the front, no one at the front counter. She immediately starts working on mobile order. (Okay fine, no big deal). 10 minutes pass. 2 more mobile ticket orders pop up AND SHE STARTS MAKING THOSE. I ask if she's working on those instead of taking my order and she said yes! I walked out. If you're coming to this Subway, better make it a mobile order!!! I'll never be back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped at Subway in Altamonte springs at 10 minutes till 9:00 the young man that was in there working was cleaning with Lysol so I asked him to wash his hands before he makes my food he told me no because it'll take too long for him to wash his hand and make my food because he has the closest store at 9 p.m. this young man stood there and argued with me for 3 minutes about making my food and him washing his hands so if those are the type of employees that you're going to have I will stop coming to this particular Subway when it's only 3 minutes away from my house. I'm not sure what your policy is about employees washing their hands when they're dealing with chemicals and going back to foods but that is unsafe and that is something that should be reported to the health to the board of health. I was in here today, (11/20/23 at around 2:45pm) and the girl with long dark hair was busy making a sub for a customer in front of me when I walked in. I was standing there, minding my own business and the customer started to tell the girl that she wanted lettuce on her sandwich, to which the girl replied "one sec, let me know what kind of veggies you'd like on your sub when we get to that side, otherwise I'll forget" and she smiled and laughed a little and the customer, very rudely replied with "your memory must be really bad if you can't remember from here to there" The girl behind the counter, instead of replying rudely back, had simply called out for the other girl in the back to come help her since someone had come in behind me as well. When she came out and started on the ride lady's sandwich, the customer demanded that she use a different bread because she "didn't know what the other girl could've done to it" I was there the entire time, and you can obviously see them and see that she didn't do ANYTHING nefarious to anyone's food. The girl, Karen, complied but told her, very very politely as well "ma'am, I didn't hear what happened, but if you continue with this little attitude, I'm going to have to ask you to leave." The customer seemed shocked that she couldn't get away with talking down to a food industry worker for literally no reason whatsoever. The reason I'm leaving a review like this is because the way the girls behind the counter handled it. They were mature, calm, and very polite despite this woman being the opposite for literally no reason. They handled the situation perfectly, to be honest. My food was also really good and the service was impeccable! ❤️ I know one girl is named Karen, but I don't know the name of the girl with long dark hair. They were both incredibly professional with the way they handled everything and had a professional demeanor about it too. Awesome employees, through and through! Placed an online order for 2 melts. The sandwich that is a complete mess and unable to even eat was made by the store manager of this subway Dylan. If he's okay with serving his customers this then he shouldn't be a store manager this is unacceptable. We had to go all the way back to the store and Crystal remade the sandwich which is the one that looks good. She apologized for for what happened even though it was not her fault. Thank you Crystal for remaking the sandwich and caring about your customers. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Of all the hundreds of Subways I have visited in my 45 years of life, this one tops the list of to not to ever return to again. The behavior of the only worker there perfectly explains why there are no customers. The unwelcomiing attitude made regret going there the instant I heard him.

Great place but yall have one or maybe 2 people in here working . I come in here on my break and it always takes my entire break to literally get my food! This is ridiculous! People like subway but nobody likes how long it takes!!! Hire more people!!

Great sandwiches, lots of veggies . Pleasant staff , clean space . Fresh breads and customizes to likings. Quick service. Tables or take out . On the delivery routes. Minimum parking but other vendors nearby share parking . I've used their sandwiches in a diet in meal 1x day before , lots of veggies and works. Read Daniel 1.
