Doors were locked at 6:15 when we arrived to pick up our door dash. There were at least 2 employees inside. The older lady was cleaning the restaurant as someone was inside ordering. We watched a woman walk up to the door to find it locked she showed her phone to the older woman, who proceeded to crack the door slightly and hand it to her. Then watched as a woman parked beside us and was denied entry. As she was driving away an elderly woman came up and they let her inside with no problem at all. We waited 15 minutes outside the locked door to receive our food. Just wish there was a sign on the door maybe explain why it was locked and also confused as to why a singular person was denied service. Women's bathroom out of service, toaster out of service, lettuce brown. The "sandwich artist" was friendly and I was able to get spinach in place of the wilted brown lettuce so we still decided to eat lunch here. It was a little odd that the lights seemed dimmed down, not sure why. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

While the sub is good...I paid an extra $2.00 for bacon...got no bacon. Requested the Italian herb and cheese bread...got plain white. Tried to call after I got home and opened my sub to find the mistakes (says add bacon and bread change right on receipt) and it goes right to a voice-mail that isn't set up. I will be going to one of the other 2 sub shops in town and actually get what I paid for.

Please update your hours of operation if you close at 8:30pm post that, please. We ❤️ subway but I hate to drive and then to find your closed 30 minutes before the closing time of 9 pm. DOORS LOCKED AT 8;30PM FIX YOUR HOURS AND I'LL FIX YOUR REVIEW.

This place has more problems with their "systems" being down than anywhere I've ever seen. Twice in the past month (including my visit yesterday) I've ordered lunch on the mobile app only to show up to a closed restaurant. A while before that their toaster was broken for several days. They are very nice and make good sandwiches but several staff there do not look at the special instructions. I order through the app and always request they split the sandwich in half then wrap individually. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I ordered online around 8:15pm not knowing they shut down everything and lock the doors at 8 pm. I got there at 8:30 and the food was made right and was cold. I didn’t eat any of it and kept it to show them. I called the next morning and was told they couldn’t remake or refund my order. Friendly staff, food area very clean well stocked and neat. Their toaster oven stays broken which isn't the staffs fault, but this has been an on going issue with this store for a long time.
