Excellent experience, very clean store, with professional staff. Subway here vs Subway in the US or other countries is a night and day difference, Subway here is better. Never get the impression that the store is ever staffed by anyone lazy, the few times I have gone in it has looked impeccable. Even behind the counter was clean and orderly, no issues with stocking the customer side. Will return after a haircut or going to the bank! Best experience out of all the Subways in Cayman Islands, customers service was prompt and excellent. Location has ample parking space. Close to West Bay public beach and Fosters. Cayman National bank and ATM is next to it. Feels safe to visit as the plaza is CCTV controlled.

Sub made incorrectly, qhen I inquired about it I was told this is how it's made. I know it's not hen I've eaten this exact meal for years but after waiting in line for approximately 15-20 minutes I didnt care anymore. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Convenient location as you get into West Bay plus it is open 24 HRS. Friendly Staff. Food always looks and tastes fresh. I love the cookies! The place always looks tidy. Options of fountain drinks or in a bottle. Cayman National Bank and Pharmacy in the same plaza. All right across the road from the beach too.

Customer service great! Hands down. Need more healthier options instead of process meat! Chicken taste & chew like rubber, I know that's all subway but half of the meat are very process.

Staff at westbay location needs costomer service training ,i called to inquire about a certain wrap and the jamaican woman was screaming and arguing i had to hang up in her ear
