I love subway but sometimes the service isn’t always great .. But today was the best service I ever got ! I want to give a shout to Tasha she gave the best oustanding customer service I have ever had and seen ! She was great with communicating with us , making us laugh but most of all making sure we had a good experience!! She definitely needs appreciation and a raiseee cause most people don’t have great customer service ! Me and my boyfriend definitely appreciated the over and beyond service , great attitude and experience she gave us !!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re working customer service, you should be answering questions with words not nodding your head yes. I asked “I have a Bogo coupon on the app, does that mean I have to order it on the app or can you plug it in to the register? “ He was nodding his head. Does that mean he can put it in the register or does that mean I have to order it on app, hello answer like, is it that hard to say on the app. So I Asked “I have to order on the app?“ And he nodded his head again.
