Not folded. Just slammed with stuff wrapped as is and sent out the door. Mustard everywhere on the wrapper, not sure if we're just lazy or improperly trained. The patties aren't even warm

This is the NICEST and CLEANEST subway ever with the sweetest, nicest employees! All of the prepped items are super fresh. It’s newly renovated and really well taken care of! Spotless and completely clean everywhere. Great for a quick 30 minute work break lunch if you work in the area and are tired of fried/fast food! Worst subway to ever order from. The owners are rude and even if their systems screw up and you paid MONEY you will not get your order. Listening to the owner thru the phone screaming at his late shift workers to not make our order was mind blowing. Literally screaming people… We paid $31 for our food. Waited over 40 minutes! We have multiple proof we ordered our food that was verified but nope…no food. This is the worst establishment ever. Save your money and go somewhere else where people are trained properly, customers matter and owners take responsibility and fix their mistakes. I will be making sure corporate knows this.

To start, the young lady who had the black ponytail with an accent, was rude for no reason. Then she was touching other things while handling our food. This subway doesn't allow you to use coupons due to supply issues according to the sign on the front, which has been their policy for a while and if they can't get their supply issues resolved for months now they shouldn't be in business. If they don't accept coupons they should be honest about it instead of blaming supply chain issues etc. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
