We like to grab Subway especially when we have a coupon. It's usually a high 4, low 5 star. This time, there was only one person making sandwiches and running the register. So it was slow going. They were out of a lot of ingredients so we couldn't do the boss, which is my favorite new sandwich. Well go back, I'm sure Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Guy working put my cookies on the counter before putting them in the bag, I just threw them away. Gross. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Arrived right after church. There was really only ONE girl working. She was very, very, pleasant. Line was long. There was another girl there but would NOT help. She came out once — looked funny — like out of it. Put meat and cheese on one sandwich and put in the oven and disappeared. The other girl got it out and continued making ALL the customers sandwiches. The girl said she opened by herself and had not had time to make tea. I felt so sorry for her. That other girl should be fired and NOT paid. We tipped the sweet girl that was working so hard and NEVER complained. Sad situation.

Absolutely awful. Worker was very kind, but clearly had no idea how to properly make a sandwich. Ordered a footlong American Club. He put all the meat straight in the middle of the sandwich, so there was about 15 bites that was just pure bread, and then proceeded to not even cut the sandwich in half, which would of been fine if I was going home, but I was actually going into work.

Everyone working here is the sweetest, also super fast service. I literally refuse to go to any other subway. Nothing but great experiences here. I left my jacket here a couple weeks ago & the sweet ladies kept it for me & remembered it was mine the next time I came in. Outstanding service, outstanding employees!!!!!!!
The best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m actually mad because now I’ll just be disappointed when I go to other locations. Keep up the good work!
At first, we went to a different location closer to our house but they closed early so we drive to this location and I’m sure glad we did. Both guys working were amazing, not only did they make the bowls we ordered to perfection they had a great time with us while doing it and thought of little details that showed they cared!
Lol where do I start. I did an online order for 2 footlong a subway club super easy add bacon and a BLT super super easy so I get home get everything ready my club has bacon but no meat or cheese just a gallon of mustard(I'm almost not joking) and toppings my "blt" had salami and pepperoni on it for some reason? No tomatoes to be seen or cheese. Now I've worked fast food my entire working career so I can tell you with 10000% confidence that its super easy to read a list and follow said list. The 2 people working tonight have proven they can not do that. I returned and with frustration I'm due with gas prices as they are having to drive back I asked to have them remake my order exactly the way the ticket says. Now during this the other guy is making customers food and the customers have to ask for the flying to be shooed off their food that's when I proceed to ask for a refund and she explained the app blah blah blah I get it so I tell her nevermind just make my food without the flys touching it and correctly..well I guess I should of held her hand or had a picture in crayon explaining how to do her job it was wrong yet again. Lol so I would like a refund and I'd like it quickly please and thank you
