I am not a very picky dude but I work in customer service and that young man w the longer hair. Was super rude. My kids were asking a bunch of questions and I apologized and he said i don’t blame kids I blame parents. I couldn’t believe my ears. I was so offended. And top it all off those sneeze guards obviously r not meant to lean on. But he couldn’t hear me so I had to step forward and barely touched the sneeze guard and not politely at all he said move over here sir. First off not even anybody but my parents can talk to me like that. And second it was in front of my children. So all in all I will never shop at this subway again unless he makes it right. I do work in the same shopping center as a chef. Or cook whatever position the call it. At Broadway and we all come in there and eat. Not anymore. I’ve made them all aware of his attitude. Sorry that the whole store has to lose customers over one staffs attitude and customer service being completely unacceptable. Ty Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great location located in a suburban shopping plaza in central Altamonte Springs. Never overly packed or busy. Well stocked and maintained.
They had just one girl working behind the counter making sandwiches for walk-in customers, internet orders, and ringing them up at the register. She did a great job, was quick and efficient and seemed to be getting all the orders right. Having only one person behind the counter is probably not a good management decision. however the loan employee deserves the five star rating all by herself.

Decent food but terrible service and terrible attitude!!! Ordered 4 subs on the app. Got to the store and no one was in the store. The lady behind the counter looked confused and was struggling to make the subs. 2 were already completed and wrapped up. She was working on the last 2. The tuna sub I ordered was being prepared. I had asked for the bread to be removed in the app order. However, as she was finishing the tuna sub I noticed that no bread had been removed. I asked her about it and as she continued to finish it, she said she could remake it but offered no apology. I didn't want to wait so I said not to worry. After all the subs were made we took them and left. She did not smile or say anything when we left. When we got home the bacon, egg, and cheese flatbread sub had no bacon. I called the store and told the same lady the issue. She said to bring it back and she'll remake it. I told her that I couldn't come back(I also really didn't want to go back either). She again offered no apology and no other concession. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
Subways will always be Subway. What separates the different ones are the staff. The staff here is excellent which in return gets u excellent subs as u request it. Even hearing a man get rude and nasty with an older woman, she gave him the same excellent service she gave me. I know it couldn't have been easy but she did it and moved on to me with a smile on her face.
This would be the second (and last time) dealing with this place. Whoever was behind the counter tonight (some guy) was obviously stoned when I came to pick up an online order. Told him the name twice and all he asked was "THREE?" so I said yeah, three subs. Then he asked me the name after I told him twice....omg. There was some confusion about the app we used to order, so we had called earlier and the level of customer service was "Well I don't know what to tell you," which at that point--we shouldn't have continued. Picked up the subs, went home, opened them up and not one of them was made correctly. Had to remove 3 unwanted ingredients from one sub and one from each other sub. The sub I ordered for my two young nephews to share had so much mustard on it that it was spilling out and was all over the paper and bread. Sandwich-making isn't rocket science...? I'm scared to eat mine--might go in the trash instead.
I walked into the store with a sleeping toddler in my arms. I was not acknowledged by the guy at the register until 10 minutes later. I finally asked for the buffalo chicken, the guy told me they replaced that with another sauce. So then I’m like cool, let me get the new sauce. He begins working on an online order, while I’m waiting. A lady walks in from the back. I tell her the sandwich I want. She proceeds to say that they don’t have that. I explained to her that the guy just told me they had it. They begin going back and forth about the sauce. Then she finally said oh we have that just have to put the sauce on your sandwich. I’m like okay, that’s fine. She asks what kind of chicken, I tell her chicken strips. She the says, you know what, I don’t have any chicken strips. At this point, I was not willing to give my services to this restaurant. I do not encourage anyone else either. The staff is not on one accord. They are not stocked. The customer service is TERRIBLE.
The past two times i have been to this location have been beyond sub-par. The first trip there I had a new girl make my subs and she was watched by her coworkers yet nobody told her that she was doing things wrong, there was almost no meat on my sub and she went so light on everything that i basically had toast. It is not her fault but whichever manager was on shift that day had zero work ethics. My second trip there was a woman in a black collared shirt, which I assume was the manager on shift at the time Wednesday Dec. 14th. Two subs took 14 minutes to make which is sad, and she had an attitude and never once smiled or welcomed us. Worst of all, the entire lobby was disgustingly dirty including their small round table near the drink station and we were the only ones to walk in for about 15 minutes prior and there was no effort to keep the place clean or presentable in both staff and atmosphere. I WILL NOT be returning again, I much rather take a trip to the Altamonte Mall Subway for better service.

Walked into the store to order food. Fiancé and I were waiting patiently to order food. The subway worker was having a long conversation with a previous customer so I sat waiting for a while. The guy had long hair hanging in his face with no hair net and as he was preparing our order, he moved his hair out of his face and placed behind his ear and continued to make our sandwich without changing his gloves. That was totally unsanitary, unexpected and unacceptable!! I left the store immediately. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Oh! And there were flies flying around as well. Buyer beware! Don’t go here.
