I have been here a couple times, they have always been just an "OK" Subway for a quick lunch since I work in the area & it's just a skip and a jump. WELL, this time I did an online order pickup. Ordered the Foot Long Titan Turkey which comes with "Extra Meat" and "Extra Cheese".... All were non existent... I literally paid extra for just a regular turkey sandwich. Only 3 slices of turkey were placed per 6". Got a foot long, so only 6 thin slices on the whole sandwich... TO TOP IT OFF, there were pieces of steak throughout the sandwich?!? Last time to this place unless they hire more skilled sandwich makers... You definitely DO NOT get what you pay for here.

I would suggest NOT doing an online order at this location. Made an online order recently for a veggie delight with some small customization. Once at home with the order, my veggie delight was like a veggie disgust! None of the toppings were fresh! Not too mention the cookies I ordered were left out of the order. (Luckily I realized that before leaving). May be better going inside and making order VS online ordering here

Food was great service not so much. 3 people working as hard as they can 1 moving at the pace of a turtle. This made it difficult for the others to complete the orders efficiently.
Usede the app. Order was completely wrong. Bread wrong/no cheese/not toasted etc. Talked to manger Jane. Asked that i drive back to store with sandwiches, so SHE coukd see their mistake. Only 25 minutes down the rd...

Very unprofessional. They messed up my order, then got mad because I asked for it to be remade correctly. Wanting to talk in whole hushed tones because I paid for an $11 sandwich and it looked like a $3 one.

Young kids running the place, my orders always have something wrong. They mix the sauces and put the wrong vegetables on the wrong sandwiches.
Also, the sandwiches are EXTREMELY messy!!!! It's like they throw everything in it at once. I wish they could get the orders right for once! If they take their time and focus when reading they can get it right, but it looks like they just don't care to pay attention.

They made me wait 20 minutes to work on an online order that wasn't due to be picked up for another 40 minutes to tell me when they finished they ran out of all bread but a wheat bread and said it'll be 30 minutes when they could of stopped their online order and made my 1 lonely sub. Never again at this location. My time is valuable.

The teenagers that work here in the afternoons and/or second shift are very RUDE and unprofessional. I don’t live too far from this location, so I usually order online using the Subway app and pick up my sandwich(es). Lately, my online orders have been thrown together, made incorrectly, poor quality of veggies etc. Clearly these teenagers don’t care. If customer service doesn’t come with it, I don’t want it. I ORDER A COMBO ! I’ve grown to be a regular and I’m sure these employees have noticed that when my ticket is printed with my name on it from the online order ticket printer. I guess if you want the overall Subway experience you have to come in, clear your throat, stomp your feet, whip your hair back and forth & jump one one foot and maybe someone will come to your aid. I was disgusted when I saw the employee acknowledge that I needed help and instead warmed cookies up, rolled her eyes and took them to the back to be douvered. Train them on sandwich prep and also customer service. A round of applause for the young lady who saw that I was a customer in distress and provided my cookies free of charge. Thank you young lady. Nothing further, one star.
