I ordered the #8. The bacon did not taste good. The chicken was strange looking and didn't taste good. The bread was soggy. I will not order this sandwich again. The chip bag stand is in the way of ordering your sandwich. Also you can't see the meats anymore with the the metal cover. Staff was very friendly, much better than the other subway by Safeway. Subs were made perfectly. Staff both came out and talked with friendly hellos and conversation while making the subs. Usually the service is just fine, but tonight it was terrible. I ordered on the app which has always worked. It said my order would be ready at 550 pm. I got there at 555 pm and I was told that they weren’t ready because they got slammed. Meanwhile there’s only one guy working while another is washing dishes. Maybe he should have been helping make sandwiches? Plus there was no apology or nothing to try to make up for the sandwiches taking till 610 pm to be ready. And honestly I don’t care if the sandwiches are going to be late, just update the time in the app to reflect how busy you are. But also employees should be making sandwiches too. Either way very disappointing. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service at this location. I ordered three regular old bmt’s from the guy that just stares at you, no hello or what can I make for you (makes you feel very awkward) His manager had to stop what she was doing to “help” and by helping she informed me that bmt’s were now called ultimate bmt’s and they all come with double meat and cheese. I attempted to let her know this was not the case and she started correcting me telling me I was wrong and it was always this way. I ended up walking out, not worth the time telling a manager how the sandwich should be made and having her raise her voice, will never go back to this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thee cleanest Subway I've ever been too! The service was amazing. I was immediately greeted by Chaz and he was kind, patient, professional, and friendly. He asked about my day and it was just a great experience. I was also greeted by Rebecca who was sweet. I'll definitely be back. My husband placed an order for one sub,chips, two cookies, an ice tea and a side of meat for our dog. $32 bill. We were charged for a whole sub for the dog. My husband questioned this and was told it was the same price. $8 for a tiny amount of meat in a cup. We now hold off eating until we get to Tonto creek and get a great meal and a chicken breast for the dog at double D in Tonto village for less money.
