Terrible... Will not honor coupons sent in the mail. They make you feel like you as the customer are doing something wrong for using a coupon on a sandwich that should be covered by the coupon, but they arbitrarily decide that slightly more expensive subs are not covered. They asked me to talk to the manager on the phone. Sorry, not my problem. That's the cost of doing business. Never going back again and you shouldn't either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
