Asked for double ham and double cheese. I darn well know double ham was not put on sandwich and shorted on cheese. Cheese was burnt. Never had that happen before. My kid won't be happy when I get this home. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Stopped in yesterday with my daughter. She had maybe 10 bites of her sandwich and started throwing up. Thought it was caused by something she ate earlier in the day until now at 8:00pm where she is violently sick as well as myself. Honestly really disappointed right now. And just straight up not having a good time bro.

My hubby n i stopped in on 10/6/17 @ approximately 2:40 pm when we entered we had witnessed an older woman (approximately 80yrs old) standing at counter to purchase a soda cup there was two women working n the one at the register was waiting for something but had observed the older woman n instead of taking the 2 seconds to ring her up she chose to make her wait litterly 5 mins. I turned to my hubby n said something n he even agreed that it was ridiculous n I said very poor customer service I did not say anything right away cuz I was steaming mad n I made my hubby pay. I walked up to the older woman n apologized for how long it took her to pay for her soda n told her that it was ridiculous n I said very poor customer service. The cashier could have let her take her cup n sit down n when she was finished with few customers then go collect for it or take 2 seconds to ring her up. When in customer service remember hospitality n to make a difference in someones experience in your restaurant is a plus. I had asked for management but was told not available n i had mentioned the situation n both employees had made me think they are not allowed to go that exta mile for a customer

Its a hit or miss, depends who is making the food. But today I ordered a salad and the lady forgot cheese than put a pound of dressing on. I prefer papa Murphy salad 🥗 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Got ignored for about 3min while the crew was messing around in back. One employee came out and checked something but didn't even acknowledge us. STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID.
