The only Subway shops I frequent are the ones in South Shore Harbour & Red Bluff/Pasadena Blvd. Both shops are nice & clean. The staff are polite & cheerful. The food is fresh & delicious. I tried to order online but my order just wouldn't go in. So i had to order at the store pn Red Bluff. I brought my print out to show them my problem. They called the manager and he honored my discounts. I thought that was very nice. The two sandwich makers were very polite. The store was very clean. One of the quickest services I've ever received there. I had a big order and all of it was delicious. Thank you. What can I say? They're not winning restaurant of the year, but they're not trying to either. I had an old boss who once told me, "You know what your problem is, Alex? You always want to make Rolex, but we make Timex around here." It stuck with me for the rest of my life because he was right. It taught me to stop comparing apples to champagne and to understand that sometimes people are just looking for a decent product at a good value. That's exactly what you're going to get at Subway. Good deli meat, fresh baked bread, and a good value. Don't go there looking to be blown away, and you'll leave happy everytime. Guess the saying Familiarity Breeds Contempt is true in some ways. One day while I was at the counter to order, the female manager turned her head to the female employee on her right and said with a negative tone of voice, "She comes in, looks at the menu and orders the same thing." The employee didn't reply to that but I got the obvious hint and never went there again. The one star is for the manager only. Is it a good idea for the manager to speak like that in front of the customer? Only if the manager doesn't want to see the customer again. Thank you Angel for going above and beyond helping me resolve my issue. The customer service I received from Angel, representative from the Red Bluff Pasadena location, was 10 stars. She was attentive to my concerns, she stayed in communication about my concerns, she thoroughly investigated my concerns and she shared the process and results every step along the way. She definitely made it right and I appreciate that more than anything. It seems lately that customer service has gone away and it's a free for all of bad attitudes and blaming on both customer side and business side. Angel was the absolute master of customer service. Angel would be an asset to any customer oriented business and a great trainer to teach the art of customer service to others. Again thank you, Angel and Subway, for insisting on great quality and service. I will recommend your Subway to all and look forward to many more delicious sandwiches in the future. This is a follow up review. Last week I had some issues with my order that I ordered online using the subway website. I was emailed and asked about my experience and I gave an honest review with a negative marking. It has been quickly resolved and I am reviewing again to show their true rating. Went in today and there was only one person working slow af at that. No sense of urgency whatsoever. After waiting 10 minutes for my turn she decided to fulfill an online order of 6 sandwiches before she could help me. If I would have waited for her I’d miss my child’s next birthday. WRONG SANDWICH: Ordered with the app online and picked up when it was ready. Saw a lady in a car in front of me for 10 minutes who took my sandwich and I received one I didn't want.
