Terrible service! 2 employees with no enthusiasm for work, they didn't offer us any extra options (which we knew we could choose), they always wanted to finish the order too quickly, they didn't even offer drinks! My opinion: if you're not happy with your job, look for something that makes you happier, there are many options!

I had the worst experience at subway located in Walmart city of San Clemente The female staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I stepped in. Additionally, the food was not fresh and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. I was extremely disappointed with my meal and the overall service. If I could I would give them 0 out of 5.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never be returning.

My 5 star review has now become 1. They either decided to make sandwiches their own way (instead of according to corporate guidelines) or they have a serious training issue. Three messed up orders in a row. What a group of incompetents...
If I could give zero stars I would. First if all, Laura (who had no name tag on) did not wash her hands. The knives were dirty and disgusting. I had an online coupon good for one free classic sub. I showed her it on my phone. She told me to click on it which gave me 5 minutes before it expired.This was , by the way, straight from Subway's official website. I told Laura that I cannot eat pork. She said I could get steak. OK, that was fine. At the checkout, She said "I cannot. My manager will kill me. It has to be thrown away. Your coupon says classic. We can only give you pork for classic." I know for A FACT that turkey is a classic sub.She made me click on and waste my coupon! It was only good for 5 minutes. I asked for the managers phone number. She just laughed about it and wrote down the wrong number for Francisca Esrtada! I called and got the voice mail for somebody else! I walked to your subwAy for a special 4th of July treat with a coupon that I was saving for this occasion and now it is gone forever! I feel that I am owed an apology for this incompetence. I have worked in the food industry for many years, including Subway. If I was to ever treat a customer this rudely , tell them my manager would kill me , that I was throwing the sub I made them into the trash , laughed at them and gave them a false number, I WOULD BE FIRED!!! I would love for management to get back to me as soon as possible to address my grievance. Thank you!
