Horrrrible service! I work in the service industry and never ever eveeer complain but this time I had to! ‘Arnold’ or so he says his name is, wouldn’t let me order 3 sandwhiches and 2 salads due to it being ‘too big of an order’! There was NO one else in the store. Also he had no hat on and long hair 🤮 he was willing to make me the sandwhiches but said i would have to order the salads online? I don’t get why he wouldn’t just make them knowing he had no other people inside and he’d end up making it anyways? He said he was going to be closing early that night so I assume he just didn’t want customers! Super frustrating and will never give this subway my service again!!!! I ordered the #4. Had a short wait because the individual ahead of me ordered 4 sandwiches. I appreciate that they made it the way it is described on the menu instead of asking me each time if I want this or that. They did ask me if I wanted it toasted. I said yes.. It was a good break from the traffic jam on the 5. Also got a large mango Agua Fresca that was not too sweet and very good for a hot day on the road.

The kid working there was great. But the food was clearly not placed properly the ice was melted in the “fresh vegetables”. The spinach and every vegetable was disgusting, wilted and soaked with water. It was not at all fresh. We went a little before 7pm. About 3 hours later my husband has food poisoning, i am thankful i did not eat my sandwich because I noticed how disgusting it was. I do not at all recommend coming here.. I have been here twice now and will not be going ever again.
