0 stars should be an option. Manager on duty 2/21/24 6PM clearly doesn’t comprehend how a business works. Being a rude maniac just cost your store about $500 in sales tonight from the multiple families you disrespected. And I’m sure a lot more moving forward. The store owner must be proud. Service: 1

I just went in for a normal chicken sandwich and first off I was greeted by a sweet girl named Jauna , she first started off by complimenting me and told me she'd be right with me as she was finishing up a order. The bread she made was per perfection, and trust me that is a important thing to me because I've always seen such flat bread like it didn't rise properly or someone cooked it in a disfigured way . So keep her around and give her a raise I left her a $5 dollar tip but she deserves way more lol thanks agin Jauna!!! 🙃 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Definitely don’t recommend this location, the quality of ingredients were very poor. I just chose the better looking ones and still not good. Wanted just a six inch and the worker automatically made a foot long. Tons of subways in Loveland a lot better than this location. This place has got some issues. Ordered my sandwich, only person in line and had to wait 10 minutes while two employees argued about a sandwich that was made wrong for an online order. Charged me for a drink I brought in myself. Didn’t ask about it, didn’t realize that they don’t even have that drink in their fridge, just charged me for it. I have never went here and had a normal experience at this one. When the other reviews mention how bad it is, then you know there is a pattern. DON’T GO HERE!!!! It's been 10+ years since I've been to Subway, and after my experience today I will never go back. The man who made my sandwich had the personality of a rock. I ordered a simple sandwich BMT. The bread was hard and after one bite it was everywhere. But here's the problem. I asked for oil and vinegar on the side. At first he gave me packets because they didn't have any small containers, but they found the containers and when he put it in the bag he didn't close the lid all the way. When I got home the bag was completely soaked through, my car seat ruined and my clothes soaked with red wine vinegar. Thanks a lot dude, for doing your job so well. Everytime I come here they always have no bread, or no ingredients. When there are ingredients, they all look old and slimy. It's always dirty inside, with trash on tables/floor/soda station, people sleeping in the corner, and the employees don't acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter. This location is always pretty bad.. 90% of the time they are out of more ingredients than those they have available and the employees never look happy to be there.. The tables are always dirty and the drink station is rarely stocked.. They have terrible attitudes.. The owner of this location needs to give the employees a reason to want to be there and to do their jobs.. Looking at the reviews, it seems that the majority of customers have the same experience and for some reason the company refuses to make any changes. the worker there was very slow, and had an awful attitude, it took me 10 minutes to get a six inch with no customers in line, she was sneezing on my sandwitch multiple times, which I caught in a photo that I will post, I go to this subway alot and the only employees I see always working hard are jasmine who has been ther efor years and the two employees with curly hair, a young girl, fairly thin and always has a positive attitude towards cusromers no matter how busy, the other one looks very similar he's is a young male, also fairly thin, very quick with making sandwiches, I hope this franchise appreciates the hard work they put in for the buisness. I'm really frustrated with this store as every single time I have tried calling to speak to someone they never answer. I went in for a pick up order and my order was messed up, I didn't find out till I got home and opened my sub. I couldn't return to the store as I have a newborn and just put her to bed. I tried calling a few times but just ringing, no answer. I figured I'd give it till today, I tried calling twice and still no answer. Extremely frustrating since I paid extra for extras on my sub and didn't not receive what I paid for. The store was not busy, they had 3 employees working and I went in between 7:30-7:45pm. I am extremely disappointed in the service I got today. When I got into the store there was no one in line and only 3 sandwiches for mobile. After 10 minutes (no joke, 10 full minutes) of Ashley taking as much time as she could to make these sandwiches, she finally got the first sandwich out of the toaster. Thankfully someone from the back came up and helped, because in the time Ashley took to make 1 sandwich halfway, 3 other people got into line behind me. By the time the second employee had my sandwich made, toasted, and finished Ashley had finally fully finished 1 entire sandwich in 15 minutes.
