Purchased a salad from here before and noticed the price increase. When queried they said the price has gone up. Assuming this was everywhere, I went to other Subways which were the old price. I went to order at this Subway again today and the same item (large salad) is $1.70 more than three of the other Subways in Tauranga. Staff said it is because they are all independently owned. Underwhelming is the word is use to describe my sub, I got the ultimate cheesy garlic meatball, I had it last week at the town location and loved it, got it here and had no mozzarella cheese 2 and a half meatballs and a real small amount of each salad, left feeling hungry after,I think I'll keep away from this location

Everything's perfect but I'd really appreciate if they could make the order on-time (Not before or late). Whenever I order online, I think guess they make it before the pick-up time and it ruins the freshness. Otherwise, wonderful service, lovely staff. 🤙🏼 Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Last time I’ll be going there, the salad bar was an absolute mess! I understand it can get busy but honestly this was far past it,everything looked like it had been sitting there since yesterday..when I asked for fresh lettuce as the lettuce was almost finished, brown and had everything else from the salad bar mixed in it I was answered with a rude no.. funny thing was the girl had to top up the lettuce after me. Staff need a lesson on customer service and initiative.

Great, personal service. This is the first Subway I've visited in years that still has Danishs. Fantastic! A Danish is far nicer than the cookies. It'd be great if other Subway outlets sold them.
