Best thing is customisation, you can select and veggies or sauces to drop them or add them extra
This one is a bit small, but still tastes same
Honestly I'm Extremely Disappointing Experience at Subway G-13/1, Islamabad
My recent visit to Subway at G-13/1 in Islamabad was nothing short of disappointing. It seems that this particular location has consistent issues with stock availability and the quality of their food products. The staff's attitude and lack of cooperation only added to the frustration.
On multiple occasions, I found the store to be out of stock for various items, which is a major letdown for a place that prides itself on fresh and customizable sandwiches. This inconsistency in stock availability severely impacts the overall experience and trustworthiness of the establishment.
Moreover, the quality of the food products I received during my visits was far from acceptable. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a meal that doesn't meet even basic standards. The taste and freshness were lacking, leaving a lot to be desired.
The attitude of the staff was equally disappointing. When I inquired about the apparent mess and unpleasing smell inside the store, I was met with an excuse that employees receive their Subway meals only once every three weeks. This is an inadequate explanation for maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, which is essential for any food establishment.
The most troubling aspect was the dismissive attitude from the staff when I expressed my concerns about the food quality and overall experience. It seemed as if they were indifferent to customer satisfaction, stating that if I wanted to buy something, I could, and if not, I could leave. Such a response is unacceptable, as it reflects a lack of commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
Based on my recent encounters at Subway G-13/1, I would caution fellow residents of Islamabad to think twice before considering this particular location for their meals. The issues with stock availability, poor food quality, and uncooperative staff make it an unappealing choice, and there are likely better alternatives in the area that value customer satisfaction.

The worst ever Subway in the whole Islamabad. The food quality is definitely low, veggies seems to be purchased from the "tharra" vegetable shop.... and also the staff starts arguing if you ask for extra sauce or veggies.... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED....

In islamabad it’s the most pathetic branch subway has when ever you go they r out of some important ingredients like olive, thousand sauce, olive oil and the portion is way too less then other branches, it’s just unfortunate that i live in g-14 but not going there again!
