While I enjoyed the seafood and rice in my order, I was surprised there wasn't any gravy or sauce included
Overall, I enjoyed the seafood fried rice, but a few small tweaks could make it even better. A gravy or sauce and a bit more chili paste would really take it to the next level

Chicken Shawarma
This restaurant has a uniq taste of their hand. We ordered a special street kitchen rice and buriyani there.
It costs 2000 around for these two.
The taste was amazing and the waiter who cares a lot.
This is the Nasi Goreng worth 1400. Never order from this place. Their food is utterly disgusting.

My visit was at a night around 9pm. Kottu and rice options were only available. Staff is super friendly and they support us ordering the food. Street special rice was great and worth the price. Food received quickly to the table. Not an expensive place. Parking doesn’t have enough space. Somehow but we managed because not much busy.

Both tasted very good🔥
Pot biryani had a small plate below and if it had a wider plate it could have been easy to take rice without spilling it
We took special rice small, it was a big plate with enough chicken and sausages on top of it. But rice felt like not enough for two people

Street Kitchen Special Fried Rice
As a restaurant, we don’t like to give any negative feedbacks to any restaurant. We visited this place yesterday for dinner.
First of all, We have to admit that this place is beautiful, clean and well arranged. The open kitchen caught our eyes.
But the customer service is very poor. No welcome at all. They didn’t serve us the glasses, just 2 bottles of water. And didn’t give us side items, sauce and chilli paste until we asked for it and then even they served us only the chilli paste.
As for the dinner, we ordered a nasigoreng and a seafood rice. The items for the seafood rice is not enough. And too much oil. When compared with the nasigoreng, it was not that bad. But the nasigoreng was the worst, no taste at all specially no salt. Even there was not a full egg for the rice just a quarter of egg was there. And there were no items that are basically added to the nasigoreng like a piece of pineapple.
And they served us food within 5 minutes after we ordered which is not possible. Because as a restaurant we know how much time it takes to serve a meal. So most probably the meals we ordered were prepared earlier.
But the prices for the meals are ok, not too much expensive. Hope you will look into your weaknesses. Good luck !!
The best place in Kandy to try Sri Lankan cuisine. Great ambiance. Food was so delicious. Chicken Biriyani, Cheesy Kottu and Nasi Goreng is a must try. A must try place in Kandy. We hope to visit this place again. Only one disadvantage This place is cash only.
