Great live music! Especially the live jazz on Mondays. Quiet unless the live music is loud. Good service at the bar. Art on the walls. Friendly and laid-back atmosphere. The Storm Cellar makes Lincoln a better place to live. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
