I literally HATE this Starbucks they never answer the phone, they're rude and they don't even care that they are. My company orders a huge order at least once a week and something is always wrong or missing. We have to drive back there to tell them because they don't answer the phone and then they act like we're lying. Like we just spent $200 and we're going to lie about a damn croissant? This is what my sandwich looked like last time I went. They didn't even apologize! Lately we've been going to Dutch Bros, they're much nicer and dry now are better and reasonably priced. Their drinks are really good when they get your order right. 8/10 times that I'm there they get my order wrong, even when your order is on the sticker RIGHT THERE. But other than that it is really nice. Free wifi & the workers are nice, but they don't always get the orders right lol😂 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is a coffee shop, right? Maybe everyone was napping when I arrived at 9:13 in the morning!!! I was the fourth car in line in the drive-thru! It took 20 minutes to get out of line! Every car in front of me got one drink, and I bought a grande Cafe mocha and sausage sandwich! Ridiculous!!! Worst drive-thru around!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Two days into pumpkin spice season and the team is already opting to omit the nutmeg/cinnamon topping (why is that so hard Starbucks?) Both of our drinks are ordered the exact same but look like two different products. High price for this result guys.

Lately this location has been skimming on the ingredients. Many who are rushing likely don’t have time to report it or talk it but I do. My Strawberry Refresher was noticeably not the same shade of a typical one. They put literally 4 strawberries in the cup. I even asked for extra strawberries and once they asked me for an additional 80 cent and still didn’t give me two scoops. A year ago this was a 5 start review. I’m glad to see young people working but this is not the standard. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Super friendly staff. Always willing to help with your order and make it right. I’ve been trying to minimize my waste impact and am now using reusable mugs. They were willing to make my coffee order using it, which was greatly appreciated. They took good initiatives to maintain a clean process especially during these difficult times. The inside is clean and a good working space (though would love if the music was a little quieter for us book worms :)). Great Starbucks, come check it out! This is my favorite ⭐️💵 (Starbucks 😉). Barron is the sweetest employee and always makes my day when I am ordering from him! He will chat briefly while that talented baristas work their 🪄 magic.
