I decided to go out my way & try a different location thinking that I would get serviced a little more quickly. And besides I enjoy visiting different Starbucks to check out the vibe of the atmosphere. However, this location IS NOT the place for that experience. I went through the drive thru and was hoping to order two drinks & a bagel. Instead I only settled for two drinks at which I didn’t want anymore because an employee working the morning shift around 10am by the nickname of “Val” was very rude, impatient, & not helpful . I was greeted with a toned opening statement of “Welcome to Starbucks , what would you like?” As I proceeded to order I was interested in a bagel at which she did not list the options but gave me open ended answers . Lastly after I paid for my order she read me the total incorrectly by not explaining I owed her more change & she didn’t offer me a receipt to help me feel complete about the purchase. Val then proceeded to hand off my drinks in a rude gesture. I spoke with management & honestly even the manager whom has bright pink hair failed to address the issue away from customer sighting . I was not pulled to the side because the manager was being the cashier at the time . So I understood that .
