Works place to come. Yesterday was over crowd, working fast but there is this girl who takes everything on her , cause I didn't like the way she craft my drink and request to remake. She didn't do was another guy, sp today I went and same sh..it happen when I arrived there was practically dessert and took a lot to prepare and as well unflavored and really bad taste. Didn't ask to make it again since I was in a rush but not going back to buy again. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a venti $9 drink. I asked for cold foam. When the foam settled I got HALF the size. If you like foam do not get it at this location. Horrible ripoff.

Worst ever. Ordered 2 cold brews. After a 25min wait. 2 girls walk in and order 2 ice latte. And had there drink less then 3 min. So I ask them how she got her drink b4 me did you forget about me. The employee said no but we are busy. I was like ok but 25min for cold brew and these girls just walked in and walked out with there drink and I’m waiting She said u want wait or get refund and take it up with corporate with nasty attitude. Ordered a customized revana tea yet, the sweetness I was looking for wasn't met despite the extra sweetners I requested. I purchased a egg white, cheese, ham, muffin and the amount of meat supply or option to add meet was not available. I hope upon my next customization, I'm able to obtain the sweetness I desire. I ordered a grande crisp apple espresso at this location (walk-in) at 7:30 a.m. on August 25th 2023. As of 8:26 a.m. I am still waiting. No communication among staff, I watched throw away like 7 orders just sitting on the counter, and all the lady expediting could say was it's better to order thru the drive thru because it takes precedence over walk-ins and mobile orders. Surely these are the last of times. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I pay $7 for a coffee I would like for it to come filled to that line and with some smiles. They're really quiet 🤫. I'm friendlier than they are. That inch and a half of emptiness at the top of Frappuccino bothers me, but I take it, ask them how are they doing today, and smile. Good luck 🤞. This afternoon around 8ish my two children and their three cousins decided they wanted a Starbucks drink. As we were down the street at a family celebration they all walked across the street and as entering the employees their were so rude and one of them said loudly towards they all heard what she said “ omg I’m not having it today “ They still entered but at this point nobody want to get a drink because how they approach them And made them feel so uncomfortable. My daughter ordered a drink she said the only helpful and friendly employee there was the one that got her order the other two were telling them not to touch the chairs and basically wanted them out the Starbucks!!!! 😡😡😡😡 AS A PARENT THIS MAKES ME UPSET TO SEE HOW A BIG WELL KNOWN COMPANY IN WHICH I ALWAYS WENT TO HAS TREATED NOT ONLY MY KIDS BUT MY NEPHEWS AND NIECES HORRIBLY This Starbucks needs good customer service employees Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife placed our order on the app, and when I came to pick it up, I verified if that was everything. I was told yes, but when I got home, my wife stated she was missing something and pulled it up on the app to confirm she actually ordered it. We were told no refunds can be made unless we come back to the store, which is counterintuitive because we had plans and didn't have time to come back and get the remake. This was annoying but fine. Here's where it gets gross. I came inside, and while waiting for them to remake the drink (might as well since I had to go back), I saw flies on the food in the box. They were trapped in there, so it wasn't like a fly flew in and was doing what it does. I informed an employee and was told "yea that happens. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it." Are you serious?! I get it. It's summer, and flies are out and about. They're bound to get into places. But if there are bugs on food yall sell to customers, yall can't even make the attempt to open the food box, chase the flies away, and replace the food bugs we all over? Wanted to leave a compliment and a complaint. Hannah was wonderful, great customer service, polite, helpful just a joy to order from. Unfortunately the barista DQ was rude and unkind. When he called for our drinks my daughter said thank you twice and he just stared the first time and just said “ok” the second time. Not only to us but also to the customers picking up mobile orders as we sat in the lobby to enjoy our drinks. A customer told him “I’m here to get my drinks” he replied rudely “we’ll get them” I live down the street 3 mins away and frequently come to this location but for the attitude and demeanor he expressed I will drive to another Starbucks than to have to deal with an unhappy, unpleasant employee. When asked his name he gave me a blank stare as if he didn’t know his own name, I asked for his managers name he stalled but did say Nikki. Then he asked for what and I let him know he simply replied “ok” unbothered. So sad how people can be at a place of business where customers service and good service should be delivered. Dutch bros down the street is a way more pleasant place. Happy Holiday and sorry for the Grinch that stoled the joy of coming back.
