Starbucks is pretty near Branson Convention Center. At this cafe, guests may order perfectly cooked flija. You will hardly forget delicious pumpkin spice latte, iced coffee or cold coffee that you can find. Clients don't highly appreciate breakfast sandwiches at Starbucks. The warm atmosphere of this place makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. A lot of reviewers note that the staff is energetic here. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. As users state, inflated prices might disappoint you a little. A number of people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

So I spent literally over 45 minutes to rectify a simple coffee order. Called spoke with the floor supervisor who is either handicapped to not be able to make a decision or the company is just not allowed to fix a simple problem of a simple air. Order a black coffee with milk and three Splenda, $2.95. I left a dollar tip because I was impressed that they actually put the Splenda in my coffee. Normally they just hand that and let me do it myself to get in my car to find out I’ve just got black coffee, no milk no Splenda Call floor said can you please credit my account I don’t have the ability to turn around. I’m on the meeting. No there’s fix our error. Jay told me I have called 800 number which they then had to create an account for me because I don’t apparently have a Starbucks account in order for them to actually give me wait for it five dollars. I assure you I will never use Starbucks again nor will my wife Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a drink at 1:49pm, I finally went to the counter and asked for a refund at 2:39pm. Yes, when I ordered I was told it could be 25 minutes for my order. I was fine with that as I was being warned. When I approached the counter the man who took my order said oh I don't see your order so I produced my receipt with time stamp. I complained about the time and the young woman working the drive thru for snippy and said everyone is waiting 45 minutes. I have NEVER waited that long in any Starbucks, anywhere! If you don't have the staff to keep a drive thru and lobby going, shut one down! Service: 1

What you would expect Friendly staff Loved the Memorial Day table they set up Granny loves Starbucks everything these days. I tell her to avoid all the sweet drinks but she always finds ways add more. Pink drink blended with half and half frozen or something is what she gets now. I get the nitro and their machine is either perfectly set up or it’s broken because my coffee was soooo creamy. Best nitro in 5 years and I have one every morning. Go see em and tell them granny and QW sent ya.

Place was not as clean as it should be. It wasn’t until I pulled out the camera and started recording that one of the barista’s came out to clean the trash. 🗑️🥴 Then one of the barista shorted me on my venti espresso Frappuccino. It was a grande that he poured into my venti cup. Which I paid for a venti. When I called him out, he tried to say that it was a venti. No sir, I hate to admit it, BUT I get Starbucks just about every day and a venti order, will fill up the reusable venti cups. So he remade it and sure enough, it fit. Absolutely horrible, they took our order and lied that they never took our order. The two men there were completely incompetent and are actually closing the store early from what they said. They took 30-40 minutes of us waiting in the drive through just to get to the window and say they never took our order. Good to know Starbucks is now hiring lying lazy idiots to make drinks. Placed our order of 2 very simple beverages at 10:46 am. There was only one person in front of me in line to order, so didn’t anticipate a very long wait. However, finally got our order at 11:12 am. Ridiculous! We almost missed our 11:30 am scenic train ride with our friends. And, we had to throw our drinks away anyway. Not enough time to drink them before boarding. Staff not friendly. Slow and absolutely disrespectful baristas and staff (especially Tim and Maddie). I ordered online, did not come out when estimated. I walked up to the cashier to ask why it was taking so long and he said “only 1 person is doing drinks” and “that is only an estimated time, not when it would be done”. Neither of those statements were not true in that store. As I was speaking to him, I was watching everyone scramble around to do drinks. I was dumb founded. People in front me of me and behind me were getting refunds due to their lack of being organized and politeness. Lucky, they were smart enough to give me my refund. I am a Starbucks fan! I love my strawberry refresher, but this was one of the worst stores I’ve been to. Don’t go!! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Rude workers, Timothy checked us out and he acted put-off the whole time. Would not recommend, the one on East Main St is much better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I made the mistake of going to this starbucks during the Christmas holidays (I get Branson is packed full of tourists/shoppers during this time). They were understaffed, the lobby was dirty with empty cups on all of the tables, even spills on the floor that haven't been cleaned up. The staff that was working would stop and check their phones between orders or during the process of making the drinks for customers which was super frustrating. This establishment needs help for sure with their management style and training the staff. The staff couldn't care less if they got their orders completed in the timely manner. Can't speak for all Starbucks locations but try to avoid this one during the holiday rush season. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

After waiting almost 20 minutes for 1 coffee and nobody in the store, I politely asked for a refund. The older bald guy behind the counter asked what I ordered. Then said “I can make that quick, it’s real easy.” As he went to go make it, I said “no, I would prefer a refund instead of the coffee because the service is horrible here.” He then said “hold this coffee real quick then while I do it.” When I held the coffee, he then shouted “no refund for you because you have the product!” I explained to him I didn’t want the coffee and he repeatedly shouted the same thing and then walked away real quick and tried to ignore me. Absolutely the worst person to ever have in this industry and because of him I’ll never go to a Starbucks again. I wish I could give these joke of “baristas” ZERO STARS.
