Pro...Excellent service! Excellent drinks. Great experience every time. I feel special when they remember my name. May be a big brand name store but sure feels like small hometown business. I went inside to place my order. (My wife's order is a bit more complicated, and I prefer not to tie up the drive-thru). The staff were pleasant and engaging. The drive-thru and to go orders were a little busy, but I received my order in an appropriate amount of time. They even had a stopper for her drink to make it home safely. Typically the staff is excellent . Ordered two venti drinks . The order board reflected the correct order . Get to the window and one of the drinks were incorrect. Pointed this out and the young lady working the window wanted to point out that I only paid for a smaller drink. Which is fine, I can pay extra but was never given the opportunity before having the window slammed in my face . Upon her return she hands us another the correct drink and out second drink . My husband then asks the girl at the window which drink is which . She rudely states , there are stickers in the drinks and slams the window again. When she comes back I request a manager . Ordered twice here in two days. Got my order wrong both times. First time, I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. They gave me a chai latte. I had to contact customer service because we didn’t have time to go back and correct it. Luckily, the online support was great and gave me a refund. Second time I ordered, I said no whip. And of course they added whip. I also wanted soy so I don’t know if they did that either. So I guess we will see how my stomach fares on this road trip. The store was not busy so not sure where the incompetence is. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

I’m really sad to write this but I am disappointed! I usually get great service and great quality food but this morning is not the case! I was given an expired yogurt!! I’m really bummed because y’all are usually great! But this have put a sour taste in my mouth. Just the smell of the yogurt could turn your stomach

I'm still a huge fan of Starbucks, but with the rise in popularity and the enormous amount of traffic that has descended upon the intersection of Hwys 75 & 82, getting in and out of the 'Bucks is a nightmare. Parking was already scarce and if you are lucky enough to grab a spot, beware of the snaking drive-thru line. It's like a turn at bumper cars trying to maneuver your way out of the lot.
