Good thing I didn't succumb to the pre-service tip, because I got a coffee-free, half-filled cappuccino and a filmy, fruity, medicine ball tea. They are quick and friendly! The barista who took my order on 11/28 at 7:05 am. was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my order when they were out of my usual. They even said if I didn't like it, they would remake it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The worst Starbucks in SF. I’ve been here a few times and every time I come back thinking it could be better it’s worse. My coffee always tastes watered down. And the people working are always rude.

I've been a long time starbies fan! I love going into store fronts to study, do homework, meet a friend to catch, or just enjoy my coffee. The store is in a great location, that's why it's probably always so busy. I wasn't impressed when I stopped in last night to do some work on my computer and the tables and seats were all dirty, the only outlets are in the bench seating area, none by the big long table, and the flies were disgusting! I love Starbucks. But this location is far from a relaxing place to have a cup of coffee! The banging and clanking is over the top. It actually hurt my ears and my watch alerted to a loud environment. The folks are very friendly — but I’d say get it and take it! I’m old and have sensitive ears. Absolutely terrible service, on multiple occasions they have forgotten food off my mobile order on this occasion, I had to go to the cashier to tell them they were missing my burrito and iced drink. Then they told me they ran out of burritos but made me wait in line to tell me that. They didn’t go out of their way to tell me I had to discover I was missing items. It took them an additional 20 minutes to make a single drink they missed on my order, they helped everyone else in the drive thru and lobby before fixing their mistake. It took me asking 3 different employees if they were starting my drink to finally start it. To add insult to injury the food we received tasted like it didn’t have a single cube of salt on it. Terrible food l, terrible service.

Ordered white chocolate mocha, it was so watery and was not even close to what I ordered, went in to get a new one, did not taste like white chocolate mocha. Disappointed. I get Starbucks everyday. Don’t recommend this location for coffee. Service Take out Meal type Other Service: 3

They get our coffee correct 99% of the time. That says a lot! My MIL is very picky about her coffee, and they've only messed it up a couple of times. LEGIT! THIS IS AMAZING! LOL Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
