Some of the most rude and uncaring baristas today (8/21/23 during the 12-1pm lunch hour). They chatted to one another and ignored customers, and messed up my very simple order. I would've asked them to fix it, but I didn't have faith that it would've been received well or completed properly. So disappointing and a waste of $8~, while my usual drink is $7~. some of the most rude people i’ve ever experienced, have been multiple times and am nothing but kind.. have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt considering i’ve been a starbucks barista in the past and it can get stressful! but to ignore customers, give dirty looks, and be outright mean unwarranted isn’t okay.. this has been reoccurring! Had a terrible experience this afternoon. Waited forever, asked for apple crisp machiatto with oat milk. They were out of oat milk and all I got was a steamed apple cider.
