Very nice, early morning stop on the way to SoCal. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and hot. The drinks were hot also. Their bathrooms were clean. Great, friendly service. On my latest visit, the coffee was barely warmer than room temp and tasted old. The staff was having a great time--which I understood because there were more staff members than customers--but the tables were disgusting and the garbage was full. I've been here a few times (giving them just-one-more-chance) but I'm done with it! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I just wanted a decent cup of coffee to go. Instead, what I got was an earful of abuse from one employee towards an apparently new employee. I believe the girl was crying. This location wasn't very clean and my coffee tasted like dirty socks. Definitely not what a real Starbucks originally was all about. I won't be returning. I don’t understand why but if I go to their store my everyday order NEVER tastes or looks the same as every other Starbucks- I live closer to this one but sadly it’s just not good enough for the money. I wonder seriously why such a difference. for example tonight I didn’t even have whip or Carmel drizzle- got extra sweet and so bitter I can’t drink it :( this review is not to put down but maybe if they see it they can work on matching quality and recipes of other stores? - Pleaae Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Ordered online 2 pumpkin spice lattes. Not so nice lady at the drive up. One pumpkin spice latte was bitter and hard to drink.....the second......I don't know what the heck it was!!! This place has been inconsistent with orders. I've ordered here previously with no problems, but today my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso tasted awful. The shots were burnt and there was obviously no brown suar syrup or cinnamon in it. When I got it, I could tell it hadn't been "shaken" because the shots weren't even mixed into the oatmilk. I stopped by over a short lunch break and didn't have time to go back through the drive-thru to have it corrected, so I just lost nearly $6...

The barista was very messy. When I asked for a little more whipped cream, because it was soft due to not being shaken properly, it oozed all over my personal cup and my gold cup sleeve making quite a mess. She ignored me and as I was trying to clean the mess, including the counter, a nice fellow barista saw my dilemma. He had a damp towel, cleaned my gold cup sleeve, then cleaned all around my personal cup and the counter. I thanked him and he apologized for his fellow barista who made a mess.
