I went in here to get myself and my daughter a nice drink after a ruff day. The girl at the counter LEXI didn't just help with the order, she made what had been a bad day, not as bad! The drinks were great as always, but the service that was given is what will keep me coming back!! Thankyou again so much LEXI, for the kind words and awesome service!! Pretty standard for a Starbucks. Staff were friendly enough, and the location was just what you would expect inside. This is a pretty busy location, but seems to move quickly in my experience. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I order to this Starbucks very frequently. I ordered my drink today with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and it did NOT come with it on the drink. Very disappointed due to the fact you pay extra for this to be on your drink. Price per person $10–20

Brandi is an absolute delight and asset to any company! She is the only barista that has stood the test of time at this location and the only one that makes my drink correctly. The service that she provides is unmatched and she deserves a raise! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On my last visit there, I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato via the mobile app to pick up. As I was driving away, I realized that the Barista didn't put the syrup in my drink 😫. I went back and they were very sorry for the oversight and remade a new drink very quickly. Good service recovery definitely will make me a repeat customer. I gave it 3 stars, the drinks were good. My problem was that what I presumed was the manager. She was adjusting shelves and never noticed I was having a hard time opening the door. It the managers job to make sure the client is satisfied from the time they enter the time they leave. Management dropped the ball on this one. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
