I went to this location today and was extremely disappointed at the service provided. I ordered a simple black iced coffee and was told to expect a wait time of 25 minutes even though the app qued that the order should be completed. I talked to the barista and was faced with backlash, rudeness and just plain attitude. A bit disappointed in this location as it was formerly one of my favorites. i love this starbucks so much its so good they give super fast service and they usually get my order right bu when they dont get it right they always fix it for me i love them so much and I go like every single day please come here its the best starbucks the seating is also really nice and i will probably come here to study with my friends when school starts Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I go to this Starbucks establishment quite often and the service is often very slow. I would understand when there’s many people ordering all at once however when there’s 3 other people there I do not think it should take 30 minutes to make one cookie. Also, there is one specific worker named Paige who is constantly being rude and yelling at the students from the school nearby. I understand when they are being rowdy that you need to be strict but yelling at them for every little thing that they is so disrespectful. Often times she yells at the students for doing things that other non students are doing which shows her hypocrisy. I do no think that Paige is a good worker and if you can not fire her I hope someone fixes her attitude and she learns to be a little more kind to the students. This is one of the nicest Starbucks in the area - from the amazingly friendly service (above even Starbucks standards), the great area to relax and the clean atmosphere - this place has everything! Try the nitro cold brew, a quad espresso con panna or the puppucino for your four legged friend!

Poor service operations. They prioritize online orders vs at the register orders. Despite having a larger than average number of staff, it appears that orders at the register take especially long. I waited 10 min for an at the register order of a single drink, and when I prompted the worker he checked and realized the sticker wasn’t even taken yet to be place on the cup. This was despite them appearing fairly busy dealing with online orders. The operations here is no good - needs to be made more efficient since there’s definitely enough workers to handle the load. I’ve tried this location a few times hoping they would get better being that I work down the street and it is the closest to me but they always get your order wrong, the coffee always tastes burnt and tastes like they do not clean their machines regularly. The workers are dismissive and I think they should all get better, more adequate training. Management should definitely monitor closer the quality of their product they are selling as well as the competency of their workers/ the way their they are trained. The baristas at this location are so kind and made my son's day by giving him stickers! Extremely clean facilities, and my drink was well-made. We had to run in right before closing and were not rushed out or made to feel as if we were an inconvenience. We will definitely return to this location, they are lucky to have such friendly staff! First time I ordered using cell phone ordered and I really liked new drink I tried Iced Grande Coconut Mocha Machiato. I really like the taste of that drink and I recommended my friend. So we decided to try it again. Second experience was completely awful and the taste was horrible. We ordered 2 quantity of same drink with different cell phone order and the consistency of the drink is completely different. We did not customize the drink so it should look and taste same as before. Staff is very friendly and the order was made quick. I rated 1 star for the taste and consistency of my drink
