I was not happy with my experience at this particular starbucks. I placed a phone order for 2 drinks. I go in and wait for my drinks because I was early. They finally put up 1 drink and for some reason, they put up 3 other people's drinks before putting up my 2nd drink. Why? Why would you split up the drinks? They were both hot simple drinks. Both made by the same person but not back to back. Then as I'm waiting and watching, she's putting up drinks and just placing sleeves on top of the cups instead of placing the sleeves on the cups. Guess she's so busy that she didn't have time to do it right. So customers were picking up their 2 cups and balancing the sleeves until they got to their table to put them on themselves. You just expect more from starbucks and at this one, they were slacking on the usual customer service one sees. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Long drive through line, after I had mobile ordered. So I'm sure my drinks are just sitting on the counter, getting warm. I had originally tried to go into the lobby to pick them up, because the A-frame sign outside their door lists their lobby hours as 6:30am to 7pm. However, the lobby was locked, with no indication as to why. The barista behind the counter saw me and simply made a steering motion with their hands. Super frustrating, and we've been sitting in line for over 10 minutes now. Update: we sat in line for THIRTY MINS and my drink was melted when I got it. The barista at the window said they were short staffed. Well, if you can't support the volume of business, you shouldn't be open. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20
