Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters offer good caramel latte or good tea. Clients don't highly appreciate pork at Starbucks. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. They werent nice. Customer service was awful. Red haired girl kicked us out because we brought puppies. She can ask us politely to take our dogs to outside. Instead she kicked us out. She was really rude and she should be fix her attitude problem. Attitude like that will never go far in real WORLD!!!!! Older man was just laughing with her when she was rude to us. I will never recommend this location to anyone who owns puppies and wants pupcup. How on earth Starbucks can hire people like this. I thought they were better at hiring people. So, I made a mistake when making a mobile order, and was caught in a pickle because you are not able to make changes to mobile orders. I quickly rushed here --Even though my mobile order was for drive-thru-- and ran inside and told the employees I needed to make a change to my mobile order. They told me that they were not able to make change to mobile orders, but they were friendly enough to refund the error that I made. The customer service was pretty good, although if there was somewhat of a line to get through. (Maybe I just came in a busy time?) Regardless, my drink was made well, and I was happy with the visit Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
Had a strange experience going through the line at this starbucks. We were informed that the car ahead of us had just paid for our lattes. We didn't know what to do about it. I didn't drink mine.

Walked in and placed an order. Took over 18min till I asked where my tall coffee and kids hot cocoa will be ready. They said it was buried in tickets, yet car after car drove through… isn’t it customary to take care of the customers right in front of you?.. We walk in to get service only to get rude manager giving a partial refund. Customer service need real help. Service Take out Service: 1
Went through the drive through today. I had time while waiting to download the Starbucks app, create an account, add payment information, and submit my order. Got to the window and was asked to pull around the front while the made one of my two drinks and they would bring it out to us. I waited outside for 10 minutes before going inside. Once inside I stood there for about five minutes before being acknowledged by any of the five employees. Once acknowledged it turns out the drink was ready and waiting but no one had brought it out. I asked if it included the cream and sweetener requested and was told it did. Turns out it did not. The inside appeared clean, but I did not look particularly closely. Separately, the parking lot is the size of a postage stamp and was designed by a drunk five year old. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Thursday Morning crew needs some leadership. My online orders of a coffee and a pastry take over 20 minutes. Meanwhile drive through customers hardly wait. Take care of the customers in front of you.
I have consistently had issues with this store. It's to the point where I don't even bother going to this location anymore because I know something will go wrong. Typically, I go all the way to the Murray location even though it's much further away because I know I will never have a problem there. I went on Wednesday to redeem the 50% off cold drink offer, after carefully reading how to redeem it which stated I could order in advance on the app OR tell a barista to add it for me when I order. I went to the drive-thru to redeem. I told the barista when I ordered that I had the 50% off discount code in my app. By the time I got to the window they had decided that I had to order ahead of time in the app in order to redeem, and told me I would have to cancel my order and reorder in order to take advantage of the offer. Not only was that not true, but they would not back down. Really strange how they choose how to be difficult for no reason. Lesson learned. This is not a bad Starbucks, but the employee that took our drive thru order was not very cheerful, very "i hate my life" kind of vibe. And then we get a lid without a middle hole, but a demented hole by the rim, coffee ended up all over my husband because of it. Not a huge issue but a heads up or a new lid would have been nice, the girl even saw it spill all over my husband.

Ordering a medium pumpkin spice frappe add white mocha. Couldn’t even tell the right name of the sizes because their menu in the drive through has NO DRINKS. Was told it was $6.31 (that seems high) and given no receipt. Hard to order anything with no menu, and unsure if I was charged correctly due to no receipt.
