I passed by this place while on my way to saida. The place has a unique identity with its drive thru. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. I tried this dessert that 8s like a croissant with chocolate on the outside and custard in the inside. It was delicious. But I wished it was a bit bigger. Keep up the good work...

If it comes to me, this is the best Starbucks branch in Lebanon in terms of staff, location, availability of products, and ambience. Very Friendly Staff (say hi to Nader 😅), it's located in Damour, directly on the highway of Saida-Beirut beside multiple universities in Damour, most of the products are available, its ambience is beautiful (it's known as the spot for studying during midterms and finals!)

Just down from Kingdom suites hotel and along the highway. Has a drive through. The staff were great. Very prompt service. Friendly. Has a good size patio.

The man there is so unprofessional and does not know how to talk with customers. Keeps chatting while giving him the order. Also, he tries not to give back the money exchange.
So bad service!!! Train your staff!
