I think the place is nice, they have good furniture, good lighting, and of course, a wide variety of drinks. What I don't like about it, is that often the music is too loud, at the point that talking with someone is uncomfortable. But in general, good place.

Perfect place to spend some time with friends or by yourself. Love the holidays new beverages!!. Desserts and sandwiches selection are good. If you are looking for a cozy place that closes late at night, this is it. Nice space to relax and read a book or study. Wifi service is always a plus.

Nice place to have an afternoon coffeea and read. Please be aware it is not a quiet place to work at as the music is loud. The staff is very friendly, plus they have a drive thru if that's your thing 🙌

I love Starbucks but I admit we must have been there on a bad day. My mother had a question about our order, the lady that took the order made a mess of the explanation and got all exasperated with my mother. I will be honest, my mother is quick to get things but she got more confused because of the way the explanation was made and it was super upsetting seeing the barista acting like a child fuming at my mother. As a person that has worked in customer service I gotta say that girl was a disgrace. If someone doesn't get something you slow down or explain it in another matter. My mother is a senior citizen and I don't need someone to come and make her feel bad just because they could explained a simple promotion. With that being said...the food and beverages were great...I still love Starbucks but still very mad at this place, in the future I will avoid going to this particular location.

This is a very large location with an upstairs area. They have all the drinks you are used to with the quality and price to match. This is a nice place to hang out for a while and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Everything you would expect from a Starbucks location. And this has location, location, location stamped all over it. It is the place to see and be seen. Great upper room that is always filled with students studying. Three separate outdoor areas to relax. Great service in English, too. It is a good find in Santa Elena.

I prefer real coffee. Starbucks is more of a social place rather than a good coffee shop. I be been there only because my friends like going there. It is not that clean, high prices and always and too sugary.
