The best part about this Starbucks is the fast service. The drinks are not good when you take away how much sugar is in everything!! Not surprising truly, this is a billion dollar corporation. Take your money to the local coffee shops, Planet Perk has a cat lounge where you can play with rescued kittens in between work! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

i ordered online and it was estimated of 6 minutes. it was not busy expect for a few drive thru orders. i got there right in time and my food was ready but my GREEN TEA was not. i waited and ate my sandwich. i ordered a cup while i waited. i watched one girl look at my cup multiple times and walk away. two other ladies were also out on the floor. i continued to wait. a lady came in and ordered a green tea lemonade and got it before me. i asked for help and the lady barely looked at me. a 4th lady came out and finally made my drink (took 15 seconds) but i shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a green tea… especially when i ordered ahead. i wouldn’t mind if someone could have at least been kind to me. Service Take out Price per person $20–30

I find the work ethic of the employees at this Starbucks to be fabulous!!! Service is always completed with a pleasant attitude and a smile on their faces. We all know keeping a professional and positive attitude can be hard, when customers are demanding and feel they are right all the time. Proud of all of them. I order regularly and have for the past couple years. Staff are all very friendly, even when you can tell they are swamped. There was a brief period where I end up with the wrong drink twice in a week.. but generally things are great. Plus they are always willing to make it right! Some of the reviews on here are ridiculous.. like writing an essay about disliking the remodel.. or expecting a place to break a hundred for your $6 drink. (Many places don't allow large bills to be kept in registers in case of robbery.) Or thinking that staring at the baristas from the mobile order pickup counter entitles you to interrupting what they're doing. Don't use inexpensive items to break a hundred, use a bank. Go up to the ordering counter if you need something! Yikes.

I went in yesterday morning/noon, 11AM approximately. The gal at the drive thru was super friendly and cheery! I describe my drink the same EVERYTIME and no one has gotten it completely right until yesterday! It was hands down the best Frappuccino I’ve ever gad in my life I had it down within 5 minutes!
